      "review_body": "We traveled here for a summer vacation. Stayed 3 nights. We have 3 kids, plus myself and my husband. The hotel is very nice. I did not notice dust or dirt in the room as mentioned in previous reviews. Things seemed very clean and everything was as expected. Food was good at the hotel, VERY expensive breakfast buffet (for 2 adults and 1 child; 2 of the kids are under 3 years old so no charge; 100$). We only ate there one of the mornings as a result. We did go out for several meals as the options are somewhat limited beyond pizza and burgers. We appreciated that the water park life guards were friendly. Hotel staff is all very young, many of them who were orchestrating activities and events were not the happiest to be working there you could tell. Several in particular did not interact with our children at all even at “interactive” stations like the donut decorating and a sand art activity. We loved the water park. It is clean and things seemed to be well kept. Not overly crowded. We did also go to camel beach one day, which is laid out very strangely: it’s like they decided as an afterthought to plop what they could of a water park in the middle of the mountain along with the ski equipment. It was fine, but hard to navigate. Major complaint is housekeeping. As all hotels have done , they do not come every day to service your room. But if you stay multiple evenings that means you have to take care of emptying your own trash and request towels each day. Just very annoying to pay 1100$ for 3 nights and be emptying my own garbage into a can in the hallway near the elevators and freshening our own room. Resorts should return to daily housekeeping unless you request otherwise. Just my opinion. Overall this is a great resort, very fun for families with kids. The lazy river is great, as is the “bucket” kids area, and the wave pool. Water in the pools is warm, and the water park itself is warm, which makes being there very pleasant. We will certainly be back again!",

      "review_body": "Festival they did US trouble with the rooms I asked for a room for stove I paid for it extra on the ticket the room out so we had to move the room and then they give us a smaller room so I had to move again so that was a big big trouble second of all they charged us 2 hours after we left additional $100 for something that we didn't do I call them to complain and they said just speak the credit card company I tried to explain them that it wasn't me and they said we don't care I don't advise anyone to go there if they don't want to lose more money then what they book make sure you have enough money for additional $100",

      "review_body": "This 'resort' is more like a last resort. When we first checked in, there were no washcloths or bath mat provided. The dresser drawers were gritty inside (I had to clean them out before using them). The bed frame was disconnected (my husband and I fixed it). When we went to the front desk to ask to have the room serviced, we were told it is only done every 3 days. Our room was not serviced for 6 days (and we went to the front desk 3 times about it). The room's carpet was never vacuumed (there was dirt on the floor when we arrived and it was still there when we left). None of the counter or table surfaces were ever cleaned during our stay. All that was done was that our bedding was changed once and we got 1 complete change of towels in the 8 days that we were there. Also, midweek, all of the food service venues in the hotel were closed at dinnertime. When we came back from a day's outing, we had to go out again to find a place to eat. I have never stayed in such a poorly managed hotel. And, to top it off, one of the housekeepers let a complete stranger into our room (I know because I was in the room at the time). No knock at the door, or any warning - the door just suddenly opened and a guy in a hoodie started walking across the room. Only when he saw me did he retreat out the door. A security guard then showed up and (supposedly) a security report was filed. When I went to the front desk to file a complaint report against the housekeeper who had let the stranger into my room, the hotel staffer at the front desk did not take down any of the details of the incident; so I doubt that the housekeeper ever received any reprimand or re-training. So, if you don't want a sub-standard room with the possibility of some stranger randomly being given access to your room, then choose another hotel over this one.",

      "review_body": "I would really rate it five star but the tv wasn’t working I went down to the front desk twice to fix and the person there wasn’t very nice And I also need a refund for one of the activities I was told my 2 year old cAn go on the slide and when we got there they said no and no one can help with the refund When I asked to late check out the person didn’t tell me I need to scan my bracelet again a we went to our room and we had to come all the way back down we were wet from the water park I had babies it was very very inconvenient The staff can be a little nicer more friendly Overall we had a great experience Thank you",

Note:

For some reviews, the date_of_visit shown on the website includes only the month and year, without the exact date.

In such cases, we consider the date as the 1st of that month. For example, if the website shows the visit date as August 2025, the API response will show date_of_visit as 2025-08-01.

This approach ensures that all values in the date_of_visit field follow a consistent and structured date format.
