"review_body": "Staying at Roomza was the best decision that I’ve made. By far, this was the best stay that I had in NY - and one of the best experiences that I had in hotels. First, I would like to thank Brian and Sii for the amazing customer service! You did the whole experience. Second, the cleaning of the room was excellent (that is something really rare in NY) and the amenities make you feel well cared. Third, the hotel location gave us the opportunity to explore the city by walking. And finally, all of these things for a reasonable price. Honestly, this is the best option for NYC.",

"review_body": "The accommodations by Julie @ Roomza were so touching and welcoming. My family and I enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the surprise Anniversary cake as we celebrated 16 years of marriage. The only complaint I could ever have would have to be the size of the bathroom which is tiny but clean and organized as the room. Thank you again for your hospitality.",

"review_body": "Despite the central location, our room was very quiet and we slept very well. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. The room was quite small (like probably 95% of all rooms in NY) but it was absolutely sufficient. The only thing that could be optimized (but that's moaning at a high level) is the wardrobe situation. There is no wardrobe, just a rail with hangers. There was a large drawer under the bed that held the rest of our clothes for 5 days. We were able to stow our two large suitcases under the front part of the bed, really very practical and well thought out. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and were available to us all day by text message - thank you very much Cee & Brian!!. You can feel that they live the concept of individualized accommodation and want to give you an unforgettable vacation - which they succeeded in doing. You can choose the type of bed linen, various Dyson products, weighted blankets, snacks and drinks, as well as cosmetic accessories and much more. The coffee machine in the room (capsule machine) was great and the coffee was delicious, as were the many high-quality snacks and other drinks that are replenished daily and are also available all day in the lobby of the Pestana (Roomza is on floors 8 & 9 of the Pestana). In the morning there is a free selection of coffee, bagels, croissants, butter, jam, cream cheese and fruit - a perfect start to the day. On my birthday the team brought me a delicious cake and a lovingly handwritten card to my room - I was very touched. We can only warmly recommend this hotel.",

"review_body": "Hotel in a great location with all amenities. We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything. Beds are super comfortable, we were given a second blanket when we asked. A plus point is the minibar, which is free and refilled. The staff were very helpful. There is coffee from the machine 24 hours a day and free of charge. Croissants and bagels are offered for breakfast.",

"review_body": "Roomza was a wonderful and unique experience. From the booking to checkout, it was a seamless process. The staff are professional and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Roomza is like the icing on a cake. The hotel itself is clean, bright, and modern. It is a European style hotel that takes advantage of a narrow building in Manhattan. The corridors and rooms are narrow like the building, but the space is optimized for function and comfort. Yes the shower is narrow but it is configured within the bathroom to maximize features not normally possible in a city building. The bed is super comfortable. The location is great. Easily walkable to all areas. Ubers are readily available in 1-2 minutes given the central location. It is great to not be nickel and dimed on snacks, water, coffee, etc. All those things are in your room, in the hall, and the lobby has a great, automatic espresso machine to make your own espresso based drinks. I would highly recommend Roomza in Times Square and any other city they establish themselves.",

"review_body": "Amazing personalized and unique experience in the perfect location! First class service from the kind and welcoming Roomza staff who remain just a quick text away. Able to select one's own amenities and delivered to your room prior to check in at no extra costs. Top of the line products, Dyson hair dryer (where else do you get that), delicious snacks, amazing bed that I didn't want to leave, are just a few things that will make your stay incredibly comfortable. Roomza was able to accommodate my last minute late check out request with no additional fees. Could not have been happier! Tip: Book direct with Roomza for perks and personalization!!",

"review_body": "Amazing hotel experience in a great location! The Roomza staff were incredibly warm and welcoming to us. We came in to see a show and celebrate with family- all together we had 3 rooms. Each of us were able to personalize our amenities ( from snacks, pillows, Dyson air wrap, and more). Our room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. We arrived early in the day and the Roomza staff took care of our luggage until our room was ready so we could go to lunch. After a short time, we received a text that our room was ready and our bags were in the room. The standard amenities in the room were excellent from the pillow lavender mist spray to facial wipes-even the toothpaste - which is the best I’ve ever used! I would like to know where to purchase it for home😁. PS. Book directly on Roomza site to personalize your amenities and get special perks!",

"review_body": "This was a celebration for my best friend‘s birthday. We decided to have a night out in the city go to a show and stay at a swanky hotel. Looking at some of the reviews, which I did, it seemed it was the perfect spot. First thing to note is that room is not part of the hotel you walk into. A lovely woman came to greet us after 10 minutes and we went up to our tiny tiny room. Despite the fact that I booked a king sized bed, she tried to convince me that this was their king sized bed. I have this bed in my bedroom at home and it is most assuredly a queen sized bed. I decided to take a shower. That was my first mistake. As soon as I started to run the water, as most people do before they get in, the entire floor was flooded because you can’t run the water and close the door without this occurring. I ended up having to get in the shower sideways and despite efforts to move the showerhead, it was a fait accompli. After texting the sweet woman, she came up and confessed that the showerhead was ridiculous and that the next time I showered, I would have to turn the showerhead towards the wall. Then she said that I should text her when I was ready for a maintenance person to come up and mop the floor. it was fine, until soon there was a knock at the door moments later, while I was still in my bathroom, and guess who it was? The maintenance man. It was like he was a mind reader I didn’t even text her, and he just arrived. Ridiculous. Don’t kid yourself about the amenities. While there are 200 choices of scripture adjacent to the choice of water and slippers. The problem is the sheets they use are rough and incredibly uncomfortable. Lastly, we were never given a door code, Julie, the person who let us to our room, was blocking the door upon entry, so, my friend and I thought we only needed to use the card key. Sadly, at 2 o’clock in the morning, when we returned, we were unable to get into our room. We spent 30 minutes outside waiting until someone answered the front desk, and after not even knowing who was in the room I was in, he gave me the key code, which was nothing to do with me at all in terms of room number, last four digits of my phone number, nothing. In the end, Expedia was unable to achieve a refund for this horrific evening at this hotel. After speaking with someone at the front desk, two days later, I received an email asking me to delineate what went wrong. You would think after asking me to do that I would hear back from someone , but no one has responded. So now I’m stuck paying for this crappy night at this hotel. Do yourself a favor stay across the street. 8772277481",

"review_body": "It’s rare to find a hotel so committed to providing round the clock first class service, let alone one that provides unique personalizations to help make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. Truly a unique experience. Other hotels can nickel and dime you with resort fees (which is basically an excuse to charge you for Internet service) and minibar snacks. Roomza’s snacks are personally delivered to your desires before you check in for free, and if you need say another soda or bag of chips, they’re always willing to replenish you at no charge. When I go to New York, this is my new go to hotel.",

"review_body": "Omg! First of all, this hotel concept is INCREDIBLE! It’s inside a hotel (Pestana CR 7) but you get a personalized experience. They literally greet you downstairs, you get escorted to your room, and anything you need-from weighted blankets to gourmet snacks (think Tate’s Cookies, North Fork Chips, etc) to cosmetic items-even sleeping bonnets!!! I could not have asked for more!! Julie, Brian, C, Anthony, both Victors and Jeff made my stay INCREDIBLY AMAZING. I was there for a time as my apt was undergoing renos and repairs-which is difficult within itself, and they all helped to ease the stress of the situation. I will DEFINITELY return and I also refer friends to stay!",
